WBL Reflection Journal 5/24/17

       This WBL Workshop was all about learning ways on how to make money and how we use it wisely. He mentioned that in order to use the profits we make in the future, we would need a plan on how to use that money. We were also told to use an app called Stash Invest which is when we first invest by paying $5 a minimum. then create a portfolio that reflects things we love and believe, and lastly get tips and guidance so we can invest with confidence. Many companies often use this app to start investments with their money. But since we are still minors, we were told that we would need to be 18 and older to participate in this and develop a credit as well to keep our money protected. This WBL workshop helped us as students learn the money world works and how we would use to our benefit and safety with our own money in the future.
